Definitions:

New (Factory Packaging) - A product this is new, never used, in its original factory packaging.

New (Surplus) - A product this is new, that may or may not come in its original factory packaging. Surplus items may or may not include manuals or other accessories normally supplied with factory new items and that may have been tested or have some shelf wear.

Pre-Owned - A product this is used, that contain some cosmetic wear, but is in perfect working condition. All units have been tested and thoroughly cleaned.

All warranties and support, if applicable, are with Mechatronix International and not the manufacturer.
