We offer various payment options to make your purchase as easy as possible. All transactions are handled securely.

CURRENCY

We can accept payments in most major currencies, but would prefer payments to be made in US DOLLARS. Payments made in other currencies may be subject to additional charges.

HOW TO PAY

Bank/Wire Transfer
To pay for your purchase using Bank/Wire Transfer simply instruct your bank to send the full amount as shown on our Quotation/Proforma Invoice. Please ensure you send your Quotation/Proforma Invoice number with your payment.

Credit or debit card payments
We accept most of the major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard. There may be an additional charge for paying by credit card depending on the card type and value of the transaction.

Paypal
To pay by PayPal, please make payment to the following email address: sales@Mechatronixintl.com

Cheques
All cheques should be made payable to 'Mechatronix International FZE'

Customer Credit Application & Credit Policy

To apply for credit, please contact our accounting department at +971 6 561 3876 / +971 56 388 2353 Sat-Thu 8am to 5pm. 
Please have your shipping and invoice addresses and trade references ready.

Local Customers Credit Policy

Payment terms are net twenty (30) days from the date of the invoice. All delinquent accounts that remain unpaid beyond sixty (30) days past invoice date will be subject to a two percent (2%) per month service charge. Delinquent accounts that remain unpaid beyond sixty (60) days will be placed on "Credit Hold". While an account is on Credit Hold no orders will be shipped until past due invoices are remedied. Accounts consistently on Credit Hold or over sixty (60) days old will be placed on permanent COD.

International Customers Payment Policy

All International customers must pay via wire transfer or PayPal.
All payments are to be made in USD via wire transfer or PayPal.
